Our classes and groups are for adults only (age 20 – 80+). No experience with meditation or mindfulness is needed. The only pre-requisite is a willingness to be open to new ways of seeing and thinking about your experience.

Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention
October 5 @ 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm PDT
This is an 8-week course that meets from 10/5/21 through 11/30/21, skipping 11/23.
Spiritual but not religious? Sober and struggling? Seeking an alternative to traditional aftercare or 12-step programs? Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention (MBRP) is an innovative program that integrates mindfulness practices with evidence-based cognitive and behavioral strategies, and gets to the root of addictive behavior by targeting two of the main predictors of relapse: negative emotions and cravings. Support your recovery from addiction with Mindfulness-based Relapse Prevention! This is a closed group for 4 – 8 adults who have at least 30 days of sobriety and are willing to make lifestyle changes to support their recovery. We meet once a week for 2 hrs over 8 weeks. Participants are expected to do home practice between class meetings. 14 hours of Continuing Education credit available for psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs, and RNs.
